LandMarq AI, Inc. ("LandMarq," "we," "us") operates the LandMarq platform at landmarq.ai. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service, and your rights with respect to that information.
This policy applies to all LandMarq products and services, including our website, executive dashboard, AI agents, and any APIs or integrations we offer. By using LandMarq, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
LandMarq is designed for business use by commercial real estate professionals. We are not a consumer product. If you are accessing LandMarq as an authorized user of an organizational account, your employer's data processing agreement may also govern your use.
We collect information in three categories:

Third-Party Market Data. Our AI agents aggregate data from public and licensed sources including CoStar, government permit portals, LLC filing databases, and job posting platforms. This data is used to generate intelligence for you and is not personal data about you.
We use collected data for the following purposes:
AI Training Policy. LandMarq does not use your Customer Data (deal information, uploaded documents, or business-specific configurations) to train or improve our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. Anonymized, aggregated usage patterns (e.g., "users who configure watches for office submarkets") may inform product development.
We do not sell your data. LandMarq does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Customer Data to third parties for their commercial purposes.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data to ad networks. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will impair platform functionality.
LandMarq is a professional B2B platform not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. Contact privacy@landmarq.ai if you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by (a) email to the address on file for your account, and (b) a prominent notice on the platform, at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of LandMarq following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
